Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of an InsurTech bringing a digital facultative reinsurance platform to the UAE. You will own the commercial voice, design pipeline strategy, and lead SaaS engagement with cedants and reinsurers, from prospecting to signing and onboarding.

Expect to lead end-to-end sales, manage relationships post-signing, and provide market feedback to shape the product roadmap, with regional expansion in view across GCC and India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS or fintech sales experience.
• Strong ability to close enterprise or institutional clients.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain a complex platform to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design the pipeline strategy across cedants and reinsurers and convert prospects into signed platform clients.
• Own end-to-end sales from outreach to LOI, contracting, and onboarding.
• Lead live product demonstrations to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
