Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering degree (master's preferred), 8–10 years in construction supervision, and proficiency with CAD tools and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in reviewing drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience with CAD software and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and international construction standards.
• Familiarity with local regulations and Dubai practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Review & approve technical submittals including drawings and calculations.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with specs and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze survey data and submittals to identify issues.
• Develop and implement quality control measures.
• Prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
