AECOM is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer in Dubai, UAE to lead site supervision, contractor compliance, and quality control for a major roads infrastructure project. The role demands high-level management of progress, safety, and contract administration on-site.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in infrastructure engineering, with proven experience in roads, bridges, and underpasses, and familiarity with contract requirements and project controls. On-site work arrangement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and underpasses.
• Experience with RTA projects preferred.
• Professional engineering license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the construction program and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with Contract Documents and project specifications.
• Oversee workmanship and materials testing and quality control.
• Coordinate inspection, testing, and construction controls.
• Prepare Variation Orders and manage change costs.
• Review and certify progress payments and financial records.
• Maintain project records and reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure site safety monitoring and corrective actions are implemented.
