Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced Resident Engineer to lead site supervision and delivery of a major roads infrastructure project. You will oversee contractor performance, ensure quality, safety, schedule and cost control on-site.

The role requires 20 years infrastructure experience, strong leadership of a supervision team, coordination with Dubai authorities, and a hands-on approach to technical submissions, RFI responses, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale roads/bridges projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of infrastructure packages against time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Supervise contractor activities and ensure IFC drawings and specs compliance.
• Direct the supervision team including Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Surveyors.
• Prepare and present progress information and key project risks.
