Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Dubai seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for wealth management clients, delivering DB’s suite of solutions through close partnership with Investment Managers. You will acquire new clients, grow assets, and ensure a holistic, high-standard client experience.

You will manage relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, expand wallet share, and collaborate with IMs and product teams to tailor investment strategies while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Masters degree with a background in Finance preferable.
• CFA or MBA desirable.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• At least 10-12 years industry experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Client-oriented, solution-oriented and able to work in a high paced environment under pressure.
• Superior investment acumen and solid network of clients in the target coverage market is required.
• Good understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework.
• Strong Collaboration skills and excellent communication skills with a positive approach.
• Professional integrity.
• Ability to manage resources and allocate them for most effective use.
• Willing and able to develop other staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain HNW/UHNW relationships.
• Increase wallet share/AuM by undertaking a business development or relationship management approach.
• Responsible for Net New Assets creation and revenue generation on the books.
• Balance client relationship, prospecting, investment growth and compliance day-to-day.
• Plan and manage resources (time, budget) to run an optimal business.
• Recommend investment products and services aligned with client objectives and risk profile.
• Review portfolios to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Partner with Investment Managers to discuss goals and asset allocation.
• Act as the Accountable Client Owner for AML and KYC compliance.
• Maintain relationships with client management teams and inform of supervisory needs.
• Work with coverage, product and support functions to deliver Deutsche Bank value.
• Support business growth strategy and participate in client events and marketing.
