Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to grow the regional wealth and retail banking business, onboard new clients, and service a diverse portfolio. You will leverage your knowledge of banking products, KYC/AML controls, and risk-aware selling to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and investment products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance.
• SCA license or plan to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic revenue plans and drive the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to achieve targets, including product mix and revenue.
• Induct NTB customers with Branches & Direct Sales team.
• Create sales call plans to win large prospective customers.
• Update and maintain Sales MIS and customer data.
• Meet customer expectations and handle complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Lead by example and collaborate with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and proper documentation.
• Detect suspicious transactions and potential money laundering.
• Maintain compliance with Anti Bribery, AML and Financial Crime procedures.
• Obtain SCA license within 6 months of joining.
