Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team on a temporary contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, partnering with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently with the right talent.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage high-volume vacancies while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and timely

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi (Temporary Contract).

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business requirements, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled efficiently and with the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience recruiting across hospitality, facilities management, corporate or operational roles would be an advantage.
