Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior HR Executive in Dubai to lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment trackers to provide updates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years UAE recruitment experience, with bulk recruitment and manpower sector experience highly preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAE.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
• Experience sourcing candidates via portals, social media, agencies, and other channels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
