Job summary

Emirates Zone Companies Representation in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, define roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced services sector.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain ATS records, while building strong relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven UAE experienced as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Services sector.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• English proficiency is a must.
• Candidates with their own visa and Cancelled visa.
• Immediate availability mandatory.
