KEO Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE office. The role focuses on cost control, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 12 years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the project budget and provide regular cost reports to client and project team.
• Oversee preparation of procurement documents, tendering processes, and contractor selection.
• Implement and manage FIDIC contracts, review conditions, handle variations and claims.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials and labor across project stages.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and contractor claims.
• Evaluate and negotiate project changes to minimize cost overruns and delays.
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation strategies with the project team.
• Support value engineering exercises to enhance cost efficiency without compromising quality.
