Job summary

AECOM in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive cost management on major infrastructure projects. You will conduct cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and meticulous financial oversight, coordinating with engineers, architects, and clients.

Qualifications

• / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• / Professional QS certification recognized in UAE.
• / Minimum 8–10 years of experience with 3–5 in senior role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis, estimation, and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities, specs, and tender docs with detail.
• Review survey data, measurement records, and project information for accuracy.
• Manage contract administration incl. variations, claims, change orders.
• Operate quantity surveying software and land-information platforms.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide cost management recommendations.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior team members and support professional development.
• Assess financial and contractual risks with proactive analysis.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready.
