KEO International Consultants in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, contracts, and financial control on large-scale projects. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep costs within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years post-contract management experience in a cost consultancy and a Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying; MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable.

Formación

• 5–10 years post-contract management experience in a cost consultancy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and MRICS or equivalent desirable.
• Experience with pre & post contract management on large-scale mixed-use projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control project budget and provide cost reports to client and project team.
• Oversee procurement documents, tendering processes, and contractor selection.
• Implement and manage FIDIC contracts; review conditions, manage variations, and resolve disputes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for material and labour costs across stages; advise on costs.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare periodic reports for senior management and client.
• Assess changes/variations and document impact on budget and timeline.
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation strategies to minimize overruns.
• Participate in value engineering to find cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain relationships with client, contractors, consultants; act as primary financial contact.
