Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) is assisting a leading Dubai-based main contractor in recruiting a Senior QA/QC Engineer to uphold the highest standards of quality across its construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering-based degree with 13+ years of QA/QC experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior role, and a strong knowledge of ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure quality compliance.
• Review and approve QC documentation including ITPs and method statements.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers and subcontractors to address QC issues and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain records of QC activities and prepare management reports.
• Lead QC training sessions for project personnel.
