Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) is assisting a leading Dubai-based main contractor in recruiting a Senior QA/QC Engineer to uphold the highest standards of quality across its construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering-based degree with 13+ years of QA/QC experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior role, and a strong knowledge of ISO standards.

• Proven experience in managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team at a leading main contractor in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout all stages of our construction projects.

High Rise Building Experience with 30 floors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including method statements and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Lead quality training sessions and workshops for project personnel to enhance awareness and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and relevant regulations to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
