Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a QA/QC Manager in Dubai to lead quality assurance and control across high-rise tower construction. You will oversee contractor quality performance from foundation to handover, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and UAE authority requirements, coordinating with consultants, labs and certification bodies.

The role requires substantial UAE high-rise experience, a consultancy or supervision background, and the ability to implement disciplined quality-control processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 15 years of overall QA/QC experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in UAE high-rise projects and in consultancy or supervision is required.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and UAE authority compliance are essential.
• Lead Auditor certification is preferred; strong documentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan in line with ISO 9001.
• Review contractor ITPs, method statements and material submittals for compliance.
• Lead audits, inspections, and site surveillance across all construction stages.
• Manage NCRs and track corrective actions through closure.
• Oversee testing, documentation, and handover records for project close-out.
• Chair quality review meetings with contractors, consultants and client reps.
• Mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors on site quality activities.
