The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management, ISO Quality Management Systems certification, and 5+ years of QA/QC leadership experience in construction or engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management required.
• ISO Quality Management Systems certification preferred to demonstrate expertise in quality frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of implementing quality control processes that improved project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to project specifications.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformance issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate quality assurance protocols into all project phases.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions for quality failures and translate findings into actionable improvements.
