Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a senior QA/QC Manager to develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to project specifications, lead audits, and drive corrective actions across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management, ISO Quality Management Systems certification, and 5+ years of QA/QC leadership experience in construction or engineering sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management required.
ISO Quality Management Systems certification preferred to demonstrate expertise in quality frameworks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
Proven track record of implementing quality control processes that improved project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to project specifications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformance issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate quality assurance protocols into all project phases.
Lead root cause analysis sessions for quality failures and translate findings into actionable improvements.
