Job summary

IBS GROUP in Dubai is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement for our event production and scenic fabrication projects. You will source suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate terms, issue POs, and coordinate deliveries to ensure project deadlines are met.

Located in Dubai, UAE, the role requires strong UAE market knowledge and the ability to work with Project, Production, Workshop, Logistics, Accounts, and Management teams to secure materials at competitive prices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in UAE.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, cost comparison, and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing materials for event production and exhibitions.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete procurement process from supplier sourcing to PO issuance.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices and terms.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project, Production, Workshop, Logistics, Accounts and Management.
