Job summary

SSC Egypt in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisitions to delivery, ensuring accuracy in POs and invoices.

The role requires 3–5 years of procurement coordination experience, with familiarity in AV, Lighting, ELV, MEP, or contracting. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office is essential, and UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement coordination experience.
• Experience in Audio-Visual, Lighting, ELV, MEP or contracting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; UAE-based candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare POs and process invoices accurately.
• Review BOQs, specifications, material lists and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and technical teams.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times, delivery and payment terms.
• Use SAP/ERP systems for procurement and project coordination.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics, shipments and timely material deliveries.
• Support budgeting and financial tracking.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
