Job summary

Electrasolutions in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to source and evaluate suppliers, and manage purchasing for projects and operations in the GCC.

You will prepare POs, track deliveries, and maintain vendor records while monitoring budgets and ensuring quality compliance; collaborate with project teams to secure timely materials.

Required degree in business or related field; CIPS certification is a plus, with 3–6 years of relevant experience in procurement.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement or buying role.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, manufacturing, logistics, or events preferred.
• Proven negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and timely; track deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines; resolve issues.
• Analyse purchase trends; identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate with project, production and stores teams on material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures and maintain records.
