Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Al Quoz. You will manage the full procurement cycle, source and negotiate with suppliers, issue Purchase Orders, and coordinate with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of procurement and UAE experience, a relevant degree, and strong skills in supplier management, cost reduction, and ERP systems such as Odoo.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPS/CSCP/CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to contract execution.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the Approved Vendors List and supplier records.
• Coordinate with project/site teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor pricing and market trends; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.

What We re Looking For

3 5 years of overall Procurement Supply Chain experienceMinimum 3 years of UAE experienceExperience in Construction Manufacturing or Fabrication is preferredBachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related fieldStrong knowledge of procurement supplier management and negotiationsHands-on experience with Purchase Orders vendor management and cost-saving initiativesProficiency in Odoo ERP and MS OfficeStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureCIPS CSCP or CPP certification will be an advantageGood command of English
