Job summary

Shell Home Real Estate llc in Dubai is seeking an experienced Off-Plan closer to manage the client relationship from first conversation to closing and after-sales, while collaborating with our Marketing and MCN teams.

You will own the full sales cycle, qualify leads, present, negotiate and maintain the relationship after sale, while staying current on Dubai developers and payment plans and ensuring RERA/DLD compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Dubai real-estate sales experience preferred.
• Proven experience selling Dubai Off-Plan property through full sales cycle.
• Proven ability to convert company-supplied leads into closed deals.
• Willingness to work with content team and build a personal brand on social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain the relationship after the sale.
• Work with Marketing and MCN teams; contribute market insight; appear on camera; participate in content.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets; follow up until deal closure.
• Advise investors and end users with clear, commercially sound recommendations.
• Log all calls, emails and meetings in CRM daily; maintain pipeline records.
• Stay current on Dubai developers, projects, and payment plans; ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations.

We are looking for a proven Off-Plan closer. You will own the client relationship from first conversation to closing and after-sales, while building a credible personal brand with the support of our professional Marketing and MCN teams.

• Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain the relationship after the sale.
• Work closely and consistently with Marketing and MCN teams. Be ready to contribute market insight, appear on camera and take part in planned content.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets; follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle until deal closure
• Advise high-net-worth investors, everyday investors and end users with clear, responsible and commercially sound recommendations.
• Log all calls, emails and meetings into the CRM daily; maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records
• Stay current on Dubai developers, projects, payment plans
• Ensure full compliance with RERA/DLD regulations

Skills

• Five+ years of Dubai real-estate sales experience is preferred. Candidates with two+ years may be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional, verifiable Dubai sales results and strong Off-Plan cases.
• Proven experience selling Dubai Off-Plan property through the full sales cycle
• Proven ability to convert company-supplied leads into closed deals
• Willingness to work openly with the content team and build a professional personal brand on social media platforms.
• Professional English for calls, WhatsApp, presentations, negotiation and follow-up.
• A valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong CRM habits, sound judgement and a professional approach to client trust and compliance.
• Ability to work from the office every working day and attend team meetings.
