H2O Al Osool Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Property Associate for the Off-Plan team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, source new leads, and advise on off-plan opportunities, trends, and investment strategies.

This high-performance role rewards a proven track record in Dubai real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market. RERA certification and a UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, off-plan sales.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven; commission-based environment.
• RERA certification preferred.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
