Job summary

Shell Home Real Estate LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Off-Plan closer to own client relationships from initial contact to closing and after-sales. You will collaborate with Marketing and MCN, manage a continuous lead pipeline and advise investors with clear, prudent recommendations.

The role requires a proven Dubai sales track record, strong CRM discipline, and daily on-site office presence. Visa and DLD/RERA registration support may be provided.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Dubai real-estate sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to sell Dubai Off-Plan property through the full sales cycle.
• Willingness to work openly with the content team and build a professional personal brand on social media platforms.
• Professional English for calls, WhatsApp, presentations, negotiation and follow-up.
• A valid UAE driving licence.
• A valid DLD/RERA Real Estate Broker Card, or clear eligibility to complete the relevant registration under the company licence.
• Strong CRM habits, sound judgement and a professional approach to client trust and compliance.
• Ability to work from the office every working day and attend team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from first conversation to closing and after-sales.
• Work closely with Marketing and MCN teams and contribute market insight.
• Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, match projects, present, negotiate, close.
• Advise high-net-worth and everyday investors with clear, commercially sound recommendations.
• Turn company-generated leads into a well-managed pipeline with strong follow-up.
• Keep every company lead updated in CRM promptly.
• Stay current on Dubai developers, projects, and payment plans.
