Job summary

BALAJEE INFRATECH AND CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a senior Business Development leader to expand the UAE footprint in civil construction and infrastructure. You will drive strategy, build a project pipeline and close contracts with government agencies, developers and EPC firms.

The role requires a seasoned professional with strong network across UAE authorities, consultants and major contractors, plus excellent negotiation and presentation skills to secure large-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Commercial or Projects within civil construction and infrastructure.
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC construction and infrastructure markets.
• Established network with UAE government authorities, agencies, consultants, developers and major contractors.
• Experience in government tendering, prequalification, registrations and institutional business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and build the UAE business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Business Development - Market Expansion: Develop and execute UAE business development strategy.
• Government Liaison - Institutional Relations: Develop relationships with UAE government departments and agencies.
• Client - Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and project owners.
• Tender - Project Development: Identify tenders, coordinate bid development and support submissions.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify local partners and alliances to strengthen UAE presence.
• Business Planning - Reporting: Prepare plans, maintain pipeline, report on opportunities, tenders and market developments.
