Job summary

DBB is seeking a Project Commercial Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. The role requires independent project leadership, strong contract management, and excellent communication to drive project success for large-scale initiatives in the UAE.

You will oversee commercial aspects, including contracts, negotiations, and financial analysis, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• UAE MOFA attested degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project lead in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong contractual awareness and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage infrastructure projects valued up to 250 million.
• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, negotiations, and financial analysis.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
