Job summary

Kingston Management Consultants FZC is seeking an experienced sales professional in the UAE construction market to drive B2B/project sales, manage key contractor relationships, and oversee the quotation and payment process. The role requires a proven network with UAE contractors and consultants and a strong commercial mindset.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business), be fluent in English, and possess a valid UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of B2B/project sales in UAE construction market.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify tenders, secure project specifications, and close high-value supply contracts with contractors and developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1/Tier-2 contractors, MEP firms, and design consultants.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms and margins, and oversee timely payment collections.
• Monitor project pipelines, competitor activity, and stock forecasting across the Northern Emirates.
