Job summary

Black and Grey HR is seeking a Project Coordinator for a premier building materials group in Dubai. This hands-on role coordinates project activities, supports the sales function, and ensures a seamless client experience from enquiry through delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially aware, and experienced in premium sanitaryware, tiles, design, or construction. Strong Excel, CRM/ERP skills, and excellent communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sanitaryware/building materials/ construction.
• Strong coordination, organization, and time-management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales on quotations, project docs, orders, and commercial requirements.
• Support the sales process by tracking project information, timelines, and client requirements.
• Serve as main client contact, respond to enquiries, and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer service from enquiry to final delivery.
• Keep CRM and internal systems updated with customer, project, quotation, and order data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project-related reports, sales updates, and performance summaries.
• Monitor multiple requirements and deadlines while ensuring quality.
• Address client concerns professionally with a proactive solutions approach.
• Support relationships with premium clients and project stakeholders.
