Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Planning & Cost Control Leader to drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control across large projects. You will develop execution strategies and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and professional certificates such as PMP or PMI-SP, with 12 years’ experience in planning and cost control, including 5–6 years in managerial capacity, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Professional certificates such as PMP or PMI-SP preferred.
• 12 years of experience in the Planning & Cost Control function in a large industrial organization, preferably Oil & Gas.
• 5-6 years in managerial capacity with hands-on planning, scheduling, monitoring, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting for projects.
• Review and challenge schedules and cost details submitted by Contractors & Consultants.
• Develop budgets reflecting project execution strategies.
• Ensure monitoring provisions in contractual documents for PMC's and Contractors.
• Map progress versus plan and propose corrective actions.
• Provide data for project cash planning and validation of progress certificates.
