Job summary

Loba Group seeks an experienced Project Director to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for major mid- to high-rise residential tower projects across the UAE/GCC. You will drive end-to-end execution from pre-construction design through to handover and initial occupation, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, and operational excellence.

The role requires 18+ years in major building construction, a proven track record delivering G+16+ towers in the UAE/GCC, and expertise

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive experience in major building construction.
• Proven track record in senior leadership directing mid- to high-rise towers in UAE/GCC.
• Experience managing projects valued at AED 600 million and above.
• Delivered at least one full lifecycle mid- to high-rise tower project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of mid- to high-rise residential developments, including design, structure, facade, MEP, and fit-out.
• Ensure HSE standards, QA/QC, milestones, and sustainable building frameworks.
• Direct P&L, budget, value engineering, cash flow, variations, and final accounts.
• Manage main contracts and subcontracts under FIDIC and GCC conditions.
• Engage with developers, investors, municipalities, and utilities to secure permits and certifications.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster high performance and risk mitigation.
