Responsibilities

• Lead high-rise construction projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on sites.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.
• Resolve complex technical and operational issues to minimize risks and delays.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations in the UAE.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and manage large diverse teams.
• Competence in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple complex tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
