Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks a Project Director / Area Manager with 15–20 years in construction to deliver large-scale UAE high-rise projects for a main contractor. You will manage projects from mobilization to handover, coordinating with clients, developers, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Dubai experience and a Civil Engineering degree are preferred. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across planning, commercial, procurement, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior role such as Project Director, Area Manager, Construction Director, or Senior Project Manager overseeing major projects.
• Main contractor experience is mandatory.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Dubai project experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including construction, planning, commercial, procurement, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Manage projects from mobilization to handover, coordinating with client, developer, consultant, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans where required.
• Maintain strong commercial and contractual awareness, including variations, claims, EOTs, subcontractor management, cost control, and project reporting.
• Drive site productivity, construction sequencing, manpower planning, and subcontractor performance.
