Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is expanding its operations in the UAE and seeks experienced construction professionals for senior leadership roles to manage and deliver major high-rise and mid-rise developments across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering large-scale projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion. GCC experience and strong leadership are mandatory for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale high-rise and mid-rise buildings.
• GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, project management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources and overall performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety standards and contractual compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams through all phases.
