Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations across assigned large-scale residential, commercial high-rise, or mixed-use projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineering teams, and site personnel to ensure coordinated project execution.
• Monitor construction progress against approved schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, coordination meetings, and risk assessment sessions.
• Resolve complex construction issues, operational delays, technical conflicts, and stakeholder concerns with practical solutions.
• Review project schedules, engineering drawings, technical documentation, method statements, and construction plans.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, productivity tracking, and construction efficiency across project sites.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, authorities, contractors, and senior leadership on project priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery timelines, cost control, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
• Support project handover, final completion, snagging, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Maintain clear reporting on project status, risks, progress, budget impact, and key decisions for management review.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 12-18 years of construction management experience, including senior-level responsibility on major projects.
• Strong UAE experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or mega development projects.
• Proven ability to manage large contractor teams, consultants, site operations, project controls, and delivery schedules.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, planning, risk control, and site execution standards.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority approvals, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and construction compliance.
• Confident leadership style with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in demanding project environments.
• Skilled in stakeholder coordination, decision-making, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Experience with reputed developers, large contractors, or mega projects in the UAE preferred.
