Job summary

TLH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee multiple high-rise construction sites in the UAE. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and design teams, monitoring progress and safety standards, and guiding project teams to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience delivering large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
