Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 20 years in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-rise construction projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on sites.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.
• Resolve complex technical and operational issues to minimize risks and delays.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and foster innovation.
