Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead high-rise developments in the GCC. You will plan, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and drive project delivery from planning to handover.

The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and a solid track record in QA/QC and HSE compliance. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of overall experience.
• Minimum 5 years of high-rise building experience in the GCC.
• Strong experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims and variations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, schedule, budget and quality.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Prepare regular progress reports and ensure successful handover.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
