Job summary

AL Marwan General Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Construction to lead mega-scale high-rise projects in the UAE. The role demands oversight of 50+ storey buildings, deep-basement works, and end-to-end delivery from mobilisation through testing and handover.

You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, HSE, and stakeholder relations while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• PMP certification is expected.
• Proven experience with 50+ storey high-rise projects in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong experience with deep-basement construction (4+ levels) and excavation.
• Advanced knowledge of high-rise construction methods incl. post-tensioned slabs and curtain wall installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of high-rise construction projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Oversee deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, and complex urban works.
• Manage project cost, programme, quality, HSE, resources and productivity.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Utilise Primavera P6/MS Project for planning and progress control.
• Lead BIM activities for clash detection and sequencing.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
