Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in building construction.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management and construction methodologies.
• Experience handling high-rise or large-scale projects is must.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction activities and site operations.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise project execution as per schedule and budget.
• Lead project engineers, site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and authorities.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
