Petrofac in the UAE seeks an experienced Project Control Manager to lead project controls across complex oil and gas EPC projects in Sharjah. You will shape schedules, cost control, progress reporting and interfaces with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive scheduling experience (level 1–4), risk analysis, and the ability to drive schedule adherence and project performance through proactive governance.

Qualificações

• Graduate engineer with strong project controls background in oil & gas EPC.
• Proven ability to develop and implement schedules and reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within large projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project control procedures and schedules.
• Lead planning team and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress and performance reports.
• Coordinate client reviews and internal project team meetings.
• Monitor risks and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
