Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Experience coordinating procurement, vendor management and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Ability to organize kick-off meetings and monitor progress against contract milestones.

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope and obligations; prepare kick-off agenda.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and expediting teams to deliver drawings, procedures and deliverables.
• Organize weekly client reviews and monitor progress; manage actions and risks.
• Interface with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve field issues.
• Close out POs with final documentation and performance metrics.
