Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of Project Controls experience in Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, and project reporting.
• Proven experience managing project control teams and large-scale EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and project performance management tools.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, or equivalent certification preferred.
• ADNOC/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project control functions for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost control, forecasting, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare project reports, performance analysis, and management dashboards.
• Monitor project risks, variances, and corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to support project execution.
