Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Project Controls Manager to lead the overall Project Controls function on a major Oil & Gas EPC project. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and monitor cost, progress, and performance.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, manage EVM, baseline management, and deliver weekly/monthly reports to the Project Manager and senior management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total experience in Project Controls/Planning.
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM.
• ADNOC project experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Experience managing a Project Controls team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Project Controls function for the Oil & Gas EPC project.
• Develop, maintain Integrated Master Schedule and detailed project schedules.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting and reporting.
• Establish and monitor progress measurement and EVM systems.
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly project controls reports and dashboards.
• Review and validate contractor/subcontractor schedules, progress and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Contracts, Commercial, HSE and Finance teams.
• Provide accurate project performance information to the Project Manager and senior management.
