Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, estimating oversight and scheduling for EPC/FEED activities. You will coordinate with Owner teams, ensure safe project delivery, and optimize value while maintaining budget discipline.

The role demands 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, preferably with GCC exposure. Leading multi‑currency budgeting and reporting will be essential in this on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Fifteen (15+) years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Experience in GCC region preferred; international major Oil & Gas project experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Identify and resolve Planning, Cost Control and Financial issues during EPC phases.
• Review and control project costs, WBS, schedules and cost reporting; monitor progress and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate payment processes, milestone verification and documentation from EPC Contractor.
• Provide input to project risk reviews, value engineering, and management reporting.
