Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Specialist Project Control/Planning & Cost Engineer to lead project controls, planning and cost management per the Project Execution Plan. You will work with the Project Control Manager to analyse schedules, costs and risks, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets across mega Oil & Gas projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 500 15 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project control.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience required.
• PMC experiences required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
• Professional Certifications such as PMP or CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Baseline schedule follow-up and performance reporting.
• Advise on earned value and schedule variance.
• Support integration, governance and plan optimization.
• Define project controls policies and standards.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interfaces and milestones.
• Monitor contract, procurement and scheduling compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and manage change control.
