Job summary

Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced PMC Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, schedule and controls for large oil and gas projects. The role requires directing the IPMT Business Team, coordinating with Engineering, Construction and Quality, and ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project controls, cost management and risk assessment within multinational teams, with a background in engineering, procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years' relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement and Construction planning processes and planning tools.
• Knowledge of CTR and progress measurement processes.
• Experience with multinational and multicultural project teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and ensure compliance with project services & controls procedures.
• Lead IPMT Business Team and oversee budget via annual Business Plan.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports and provide insights for project decisions.
• Manage cost, schedule, contracts, procurement and information management per company guidelines.
• Coordinate contract administration and procurement activities for project execution.
• Mentor ADNOC Offshore staff and oversee administrative support.
