ou start by reviewing overnight carrier performance against cost, speed, and quality targets, and flag any lane that missed. You lead an operations call with a 3PL carrier to close out an escalation, then work a root-cause analysis with a fulfillment center on a returns defect. Your customers are Amazon's vendors and end customers; your partners are carriers, fulfillment centers, and customer service.
The MENA 3PL and Direct Imports team builds and runs the network that moves Amazon's shipments and freight in UAE, Egypt, Saudi. We also manage Vendor Returns in Turkiye. The team owns AI and Automation for Supply Chain. We work backwards from the customer, measure everything, and improve the network one defect at a time.
