Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Senior Program Manager for 3PL and Direct Imports in MENA, responsible for third-party carrier relationships, cross-border import programs, and end-to-end project delivery. You will own carrier performance, launch new lanes, negotiate with carriers, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Transportation teams to improve cost, speed, and customer experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
5+ years of team management experience.
5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Own performance management reviews for vendor returns and customer returns across MENA.
Own 3PL projects in MENA end to end, ensuring on-schedule delivery and target CX.
Integrate new carriers and launch services with existing providers.
Run weekly and monthly business reviews for the MENA 3PL program and drive actions.
Lead operations calls, DBRs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with 3PL carriers.
Drive continuous-improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfillment centers, and customer service teams.
Alert leadership to critical situations with quantified impact and mitigation.
Produce and communicate transport plans and forecasts.
Own returns-related escalations and implement corrective actions with cross-functions.
