Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Program Management to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own enterprise programs, PMOs, and cross-functional initiatives, creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 5+ years of experience, sharp attention to detail, and expert-level document and slide craftsmanship. Start date ASAP, 5-20 hours per week, with potential for more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including charters, raid logs, and status decks.
• Oversee program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across enterprise programs to ensure alignment and stage-gate readiness.
