Job summary

Ethos is seeking nonprofit program managers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5-20 hours per week and a start date ASAP.

We require 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations, plus direct experience drafting grant narratives, donor reports, or logic models for funders and boards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Support grant proposals, donor reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, and related workflows.
• Collaborate to ensure accuracy and high-quality output across professional documents and decks.
