Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced director of operations to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week and compensation at $70/hour.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create and refine core workflows and high-quality outputs for AI-driven tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models and SOP playbooks
• Develop and improve operational readiness checklists and business cases to support training the language model
